Cancellations and Substitutions
If you need to cancel your conference registration, you may do so for a full refund, less a $150.00 service charge until Friday, August 31st. Attendees who register and do not cancel in writing by the deadline date of Friday, August 31st will be liable for the full pass cost and will be charged the full registration fee. No refunds will be granted for no-shows. If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitution to take your place. Substitutions can be made at any time prior to the event at no additional charge. Any changes to registration must be made in written form prior to the event. Please call 310-996-9435 to confirm cancellation.
